The ActionSporTech incubator supports startups building for riders, fans, event organizers and brands in action sports. The difference with a generalist incubator: we know the market, the players, the codes and the pitfalls. No need to explain why riders don’t open corporate newsletters or why a BMX event doesn’t monetize like a B2B trade show.
Three phases, one goal: get to the field as fast as possible
- Pre-incubation (4-6 weeks): Validate the problem with real sector users. Test the idea with riders, fans or organizers. Refine the business model integrating action sports market realities (seasonality, communities, sponsoring).
- Incubation (3-6 months): Build the MVP, test it in the field (events, communities, partners), iterate rapidly. Access mentoring, Studio technical resources, and the ecosystem network. Prepare go-to-market.
- Post-incubation: Accelerate growth: first customers, fundraising, strategic partnerships. Stay connected to the ActionSporTech network and access group opportunities (events, media, introductions).
